Nice stay but service could be better

We stayed for 2 nights in a Queen room with two queen beds. The place looks pretty fresh, but honestly, the service was a bit hit or miss. Some mornings breakfast was awesome, and other times we felt invisible. Also, they didn't mention housekeeping was every other day when we checked in, which was annoying. Overall, the vibe was cool, but they need to step up on the details.

The Hilton Garden offered a comfortable and pleasant work environment. The room was exceptionally clean, equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge, which were invaluable for my business needs. The staff was approachable and efficiently assisted with queries. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a fine touch, and the hotel is perfectly situated just minutes from downtown Charleston, making it easy for business meetings.

Breakfast could improve, particularly the egg options.

Loved the cozy vibe and the amazing fire pit near the pool. The gym was a nice touch too, very clean! Not to mention, the location was perfect for hitting up downtown in just a few minutes. great to find a spot with free bottled water in the room!

Beaches of Folly Beach were just minutes away, perfect for soaking up the sun. The hotel was super helpful with local tips and the food was top-notch. Everyone raved about the smothered chicken. Highly recommend staying here for a great getaway!

Friendly staff, clean room, with pleasant assistance at the 24-hour reception and a delicious free breakfast made our stay enjoyable, while the outdoor swimming pool offered a nice relaxing spot after exploring the area.

The facility's renovation led to numerous inconveniences, including noise and clutter around the lobby and breakfast area. I also found the laundry facilities unavailable, which can be a hassle for longer stays. Room cleanliness left something to be desired, with visible stains and maintenance issues like blinds not closing fully. The breakfast was a mixed bag. while some made-to-order items were decent, much of the buffet spread was unappetizing and had a tendency toward the cold and dry side.

My previous stay in charleston wasn't as good, but this time at hilton garden exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, and i loved having the fridge and microwave handy. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options to fuel our adventures in the city.
